The Grand Council is the administrative body of the Allied Masonic Degrees of Canada, composed of various members, past and present, from the Councils across the country.

Grand Council meets annually at the local of one or more Councils who issue an invitation at the previous annual assembly. The senior officers are elected and installed bi-annually.

During the year, the business of the Grand Council is conducted by a Grand Executive body composed of 15 Grand Council officers.
